Godwin Iku Jacob is a passionate software engineer and digital innovator, and the Founder/CEO of AxiaDev Tech, a forward-thinking software development company that builds solutions across various sectors in Africa. With a proven track record in creating impactful web platforms, Godwin has led technology projects spanning virtual tours, e-commerce, education, and social innovation. Currently serving as Head of IT at Virety, Godwin blends technical leadership with creative problem-solving using tools like React, Next.js, WordPress, and Node.js. His portfolio includes notable work with EcoSend (Latvia), AyaGigs, and InterDesign Concepts, where he drove the design and development of dynamic digital experiences. An alumnus of the ALX Software Engineering Program and the TIIDELab Fellowship, Godwin is also a mentor and community advocate. He has developed inclusive tech solutions such as Describa, an innovation that interprets and teaches sign language for people with disabilities.
