Dr Aristotle Onumo

He is an accomplished Information Systems Security expert with nearly 20 years of public sector experience in IT infrastructure, policy development, and digital entrepreneurship. He holds a PhD in Computer Science (Behavioural Cybersecurity) and is an Associate Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. Aristotle is ISO/ISMS 27001 certified (Lead Implementer & Auditor) and a Balanced Scorecard Professional. He played a pivotal role in establishing Nigeria’s first government-led tech incubation hub and co-initiated the Graduate Internship Scheme for IT. Currently, he serves as Director of Stakeholders Management and Partnerships at NITDA, driving strategic initiatives to foster a sustainable digital economy. His research focuses on Organizational Culture and Behavioral Information Security.
